Scope of Work
The Challenge
Delivering generous storage and a spacious feel in 95 sqm while the owners managed everything remotely from overseas.
Our Solution
Architecture-integrated wardrobes and weekly render-based approvals let the couple sign off every detail online, so nothing was left to chance on arrival.
Our Approach
A restrained Scandinavian-minimalist palette, light oak floors and fully integrated storage make a compact two-bedroom feel open, bright and effortless to live in.
Project Story
When our clients handed over the keys to their Marina Gate apartment, it was a blank canvas of bare walls and exposed connections. They were moving from Singapore, working full-time, and had no appetite for the usual Dubai interior furnishing marathon of showrooms, quotes and delays. They wanted one design and supply team with an itemised scope and clear responsibilities.
We designed a modern minimalist scheme built around light: pale oak floors, a soft off-white palette and full-height glazing left open to the marina. Every metre of storage is built into the architecture — a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe wall, a concealed utility cupboard and a bench-seat entryway — so the living space stays serene and open. Furniture and joinery were manufactured to spec in Foshan while we finalised the developer NOC, then shipped and delivered ready for installation by your chosen local team in a tight on-site window.
Sixty days after sign-off the couple walked into a home completed by the client's chosen local team using the approved design and supplied pieces — art on the walls, bed made, kettle on the counter. Just bring your suitcase.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you furnish an apartment while I'm still abroad?
Yes — most of our clients approve the design remotely via 3D renders and handover to a completed interior after delivery and installation by their chosen local team.
How is the project priced?
Yes. Design, manufacturing, quality control and coordinated shipping are itemised in the quote; the client contracts and manages local installation separately.
