This Dubai Marina 2BR interior design project presented a unique opportunity to transform a compact space within Silverene Tower A into a sanctuary of understated luxury. Our client sought a sophisticated yet functional living environment that celebrated the iconic marina views while adhering to a warm, minimalist aesthetic. The initial brief focused on a comprehensive apartment renovation Dubai, specifically to enhance spatial flow and integrate bespoke storage solutions. Zorinia Design’s approach prioritised clean lines, handleless joinery, and a palette of natural materials to create a sense of expansive serenity, even within 120 square metres.

Maximising the breathtaking vistas of Dubai Marina was central to our design strategy. We reconfigured the living and dining areas to create an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects with the balcony, allowing natural light to flood the space throughout the day. Floor-to-ceiling windows were paired with concealed sheer curtains to offer privacy without obstructing the views. The material selection—light oak flooring, polished concrete accents, and soft linen textiles—was chosen to complement the natural light and reinforce the apartment's serene atmosphere, creating a perfect backdrop for the dynamic marina scenery outside.

For this 2BR unit, we designed a bespoke, integrated entertainment unit in the living room and built-in wardrobes for both bedrooms. Our factory-direct model ensures precision manufacturing and reduces costs, allowing for premium finishes like matte lacquer and internal LED lighting. This approach eliminates visual clutter, maximises storage, and contributes significantly to the minimalist aesthetic through seamless integration with walls and architectural features.

The kitchen was a focal point of this luxury apartment interior furnishing Dubai. The client requested a highly functional, handleless design that blended discreetly into the open-plan living area. We specified a bespoke kitchen crafted from light grey Fenix laminate for its anti-fingerprint and self-healing properties, complemented by a seamless quartz countertop and backsplash. Integrated appliances, including a flush-mounted induction hob and an under-counter oven, maintained the sleek, uninterrupted lines. A hidden pantry cabinet enhanced storage without compromising the minimalist aesthetic, creating a culinary space that is both efficient and visually harmonious.

Key considerations include selecting breathable, natural fabrics like linen for bedding, incorporating ample concealed storage to maintain an uncluttered aesthetic, and utilising indirect or dimmable lighting to create a tranquil atmosphere. A neutral colour palette with subtle textural variations enhances the feeling of calm and spaciousness. In the master bedroom, our design ethos continued with a focus on tranquility and sophisticated simplicity. A custom-built, floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with push-to-open mechanisms provided extensive storage, maintaining the room's uncluttered feel. The bed, a low-profile platform design, was upholstered in a textured grey fabric, creating a soft focal point. Integrated bedside tables with concealed drawers further contributed to the minimalist aesthetic. Lighting was carefully considered, with recessed ceiling lights and subtle wall sconces providing warm, ambient illumination, perfect for relaxation after a busy day in Dubai. The second bedroom mirrored this approach, adapted for a guest or study space with a versatile custom-designed desk and shelving unit.

Throughout the apartment, the selection of fixtures and fittings reinforced the luxury minimalist theme. Matte black sanitary ware in the bathrooms contrasted elegantly with large-format porcelain tiles, while bespoke vanity units with integrated lighting provided both functionality and a touch of refinement. Every detail, from the choice of door handles (or lack thereof) to the subtle texture of the paint finishes, was meticulously curated to ensure a cohesive and understatedly luxurious living experience.
