Coastal Luxury 3BR Interior Design – Palm Jumeirah

This Palm Jumeirah apartment came with one of Dubai's best assets: uninterrupted sea views through full-height glazing. Our brief was to build a home that lived up to the setting without fighting it — relaxed coastal luxury the whole family could actually use.

We opened the living and dining areas into one continuous, light-washed space and layered it with warm timber, honed stone and soft linens. A sand-and-ivory palette keeps everything serene, while marine-grade hardware, UV-stable veneers and quartz surfaces quietly solve the coastal challenge of salt and sun. Bespoke pieces — the walk-in wardrobe, the media joinery, the dining table — were all produced in Foshan to exact specification, shipped and delivered with drawings and remote technical support for the client's chosen local installation team.

On the agreed project timeline after design sign-off, the family moved into a home completed by the client's chosen local team using the approved design that feels like a permanent holiday. This residence is available for private viewing by appointment.
