Quiet classic-contemporary luxury — cream marble, smoked oak and champagne gold — kept low-profile so the Burj Khalifa view stays the hero.
Project Story
When the view is the Burj Khalifa, the interior has one job: don't compete with it. This four-bedroom penthouse at The Address Residences needed quiet, timeless luxury that frames the skyline rather than fighting it.
We chose a refined classic-contemporary scheme — cream marble, smoked oak, champagne-gold detailing and silk drapery — in a restrained, low-profile palette that keeps sightlines open from every seat. Custom joinery conceals technology and storage so surfaces stay clean; layered, dimmable lighting lets the skyline glow through the glass at night. An art and accessories selection was curated and supplied for installation by the client's chosen local team. Everything bespoke was produced in Foshan to exacting standards and delivered with assembly documentation for the client's chosen local installation team.
On the agreed project timeline after sign-off, the owner returned to an understated, elegant home where the view is unmistakably the star. This penthouse can be viewed privately by appointment.
