Plan the fixed finishes and architectural lighting for a Dubai villa or apartment as one coordinated specification. Zorinia develops the palette, fixture and material schedules, then coordinates approved flooring, doors, stone, cabinetry and lighting products with Foshan suppliers.
For lighting, we align ambient, task and accent layers with colour temperature, CRI, driver and control requirements. For finishes, we document dimensions, samples, surfaces and available material or emissions evidence before production. Zorinia follows manufacturing, carries out pre-shipment quality control and prepares goods for shipping to Dubai.
The client appoints and manages local electricians, installers and any required approvals in Dubai. Zorinia supports them with drawings, schedules, assembly information and remote technical guidance. Pricing and production planning remain project-specific and are confirmed only after drawings, samples and quantities are approved.
